Learn practical + accessible tools for your diet, daily routine, exercise habits, and yoga practices that will leave you feeling plentiful throughout the seasons of life. The practices of Ayurveda are specifically helpful for yoga teachers, bodyworkers and other healing modalities that are in need of enhancing their personal self-care in order to continue to give 100% to their clients. Additionally, Ayurveda interweaves well with most healing modalities and will provide you with a kit of resources to help your clients.
