The practices of Ayurveda are specifically helpful for yoga teachers, bodyworkers and other healing modalities that are in need of enhancing their personal self-care in order to continue to give 100% to their clients. Additionally, Ayurveda interweaves well with most healing modalities and will provide you with a kit of resources to help your clients.
