Lindsay Eland loves people and hopes that through her classes, souls leave feeling better in their bodies, minds and spirits. In each of her classes she hopes to bring joy, love and life while infusing the asana with thoughts and intentions that can be taken off the mat and into everyday life. She has an appetite to learn and in addition to her 200RYT certification and Yin certification, she has continued her education by mentoring with seasoned teachers working one-on-one with Alexandria Crowe, Amber Cooke, Kat Larson, and Sarah Jean Johnson. Feel-good-flow; charming; cobra pose--an often looked-over pose with so much yummy feel-good potential if we slow down, pay attention, and taste the experience.
