Favorite Food: Sushi

Favorite Yoga Pose: Any inversion- they force me to be aware of my physical body and breath and take me out of my comfort zone.

Katie Borissova

Teaching Style: Slow, steady and peaceful with a goal of complete settling.

Hometown: Chicago, IL

Favorite food: This is always a very hard question for me to answer as I love food and flavors from all over the world, and it changes with the seasons. I was born in Bulgaria, so my go-to's stem from our traditional cuisine there. A simple tomato salad with feta cheese and fresh baked bread is a favorite of mine.

Favorite yoga pose: Another hard question, as it's always changing as my needs and practice evolve. I love to get deep into the hips and hamstrings, keeping it simple with forward folds and pigeon always feel so good! I also love spinal twists!

Dixie Chamness

Teaching Style: Alignment-based, intelligent, challenging.

Hometown: Maysville, KT

Favorite Food: Depends on the day and my mood - I am still searching for the perfect balance for my body.

Favorite Yoga Pose: Horse pose because of the strength it builds in the legs.

Jess Benge

Teaching Style: Nourishing, integrative, element-oriented.

Hometown: Hockessin, DE

Favorite food: Find one I dislike! I grew up on East Coast seafood. I love root veggies, so grounding autumnal dishes are go-to’s. My mom is from the South and makes a mean vegan jambalaya. If we’re talking global, French cuisine tends to make me happiest. And, obviously, Swiss chocolate.

Favorite yoga pose: A perpetual tie for me: Koundinyasana to promote effort and Savasana to encourage ease (I try to keep my personal practice balanced!)

Larissa Jones

Alison Duncan

Teaching Style: Meditative, Inner Healing, Transformational

Favorite Food: Potatoes all day, every day!

Favorite Yoga Pose: It is always changing. I honestly love so many, but if I had to pick I would say Sphinx Pose. I can relax into opening my heart and calming my mind.

Hometown: Kansas City

Favorite food: My home-made chai is pretty amazing! It’s like a meal in itself.

Favorite yoga pose: Depends on the day. I LOVE wheel pose when I’m feeling like I need to let go of limitations and open my heart to possibility. Double pigeon is my go-to when I need some grounding + perspective.
