Favorite yoga pose: Depends on the day. I LOVE wild thing when I’m feeling like I need to let go of limitations and open my heart to possibility. Pigeon is my go-to when I need a little perspective and grounding.
Teaching Style: Authentic, aligned, vibrational.
Favorite Food: All the food. Smoked salmon, nut butters, pizza, Parisian sandwiches, everything in Bali.
Favorite Yoga Pose: Eka pada bakasana, because it's the closest feeling to flying.

Favorite Yoga Pose: How do I pick just one?! I love dancer pose because it really challenges your mind’s ability to focus and it feels amaaaazing!

Favorite Yoga Pose: Any inversion- they force me to be aware of my physical body and breath and take me out of my comfort zone.

Favorite Food: Salty, sweet and buttery.
Favorite Yoga Pose: Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon Pose). I love this pose because it elevates my body and spirit with the sensation of soaring while being completely grounded in the present moment. It's an amazing hip opener, core and arm strengthener. To me, it embodies yoga in the way that it's a delicate balance of opposites creating synthesis in the mind, body and spirit.
Teaching Style: Coaching, physical assists, inversion playtime.
Favorite Food: Heavy whipping cream on ice cream, covered in ice cream.
Favorite Yoga Pose: Wheel pose because it is the king of asanas. There are so many transitions and places you can go with this pose - and I love to teach it.
Teaching Style: Motivating, high-energy, and fun!

Favorite Food: Nutrition is life but balance is key. I love reading cookbooks and cooking to some tunes. Sweet potatoes, green smoothies, anything Thai, street tacos, dark chocolate...all the goodness.
Favorite Yoga Pose: Pincha Mayurasana is my jam lately. I am trying to get upside down and balance more and this tests both my strength and mental ability to stay in the present moment. However, legs up the wall always feels amazing or anything to stretch my hip flexors.

Favorite Yoga Pose - Savasana. This is pose is my favorite because in the stillness and release I can really feel the effect (prana) of the practice and all the previous possess (Prana) flowing & vibrating within me.

Favorite Yoga Pose: Cobra Pose: It's my favorite because though it can sometimes be rushed-through, breezed-over, or considered "lesser" than it's up-dog counterpart, I find it so delicious when done slowly, methodically and thoughtfully.

Favorite Yoga Pose: Handstand. This Inversion is my favorite because it is so thrillingly refreshing and (for me) not always promised!

Favorite Food: Anything and everything seasonal, fresh and healthy. Yummy Soups and Buddha bowls inspired by the southeast asian cuisine are my obsession of the moment.
Favorite yoga pose: It really depends on the day! Some days call for a fierce arm balance like side crow and other days Lizard Pose or Legs up the wall. There is also something so simple and perfect about triangle pose that always keeps me coming back again and again. .
