An enriching yoga education and exploration into self nestled in the majestic Rocky Mountains!

At Bhava Yoga, we strive to provide quality yoga education for aspiring mountain yogis and visitors from around the globe. Our foundational 200-hour training is informative, dynamic, and designed to meet the needs of the students in attendance. Based on the theory and principles of Vinyasa yoga, our program is curated to educate students on the many facets of yoga. Our progressive curriculum includes asana (postures), proper alignment, intelligent sequencing, the art of teaching yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. We will also look at the foundations of anatomy and physiology, how it applies to yoga asana and so much more!

This comprehensive program will awaken your appetite for the vast and ever-evolving study of yoga and self-evolution.

Amplify your personal practice, learn to teach yoga, or re-ignite your current yoga education. This program designed for dedicated students of yoga, those in pursuit of teaching, and those who already teach that have an appetite to enhance and hone their skills.

Topics of Study Include (but are not limited to!):

  • In-depth study of yoga asana (postures), including alignment principles, benefits, modifications, + more

  • Pranayama (breathwork)

  • Functional anatomy and physiology

  • The science of sequencing

  • The art of teaching yoga

Refund Policy:

Bhava Yoga reserves the right to cancel a teacher training program at any time. In the event that Bhava Yoga cancels a program, you will receive a full refund, including your non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 60 days prior to the program start date are subject to a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Within 60 days of the program start date, no refunds will be given. No exceptions. Before you register for any program, please confirm that you are able to attend all program dates and times. Make-up hours are an additional fee on top of the program tuition. Please read section below on attendance and make-up requirements. Bhava Yoga is unable to offer partial program completion, or transfers into another program in the event of extenuating circumstances. No credit or refund will given if you do not show up for a program; or if you leave a program early for any reason. Please acknowledge that refunds will not be given if you are dissatisfied with the program in any way. By submitting an application or registering for a program, you acknowledge and agree to these policies without exception.

Attendance Policy:

The requirements of this 200-hour yoga teacher training program comply with the Yoga Alliance National Teacher Training Registration Standards. Bhava Yoga is an approved school of Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of all program requirements, you will receive a certificate of completion from Bhava Yoga verifying your program completion.

To meet Yoga Alliance's minimum training standards, you must attend each session in its entirety and complete all supplemental assignments associated with each session. You are expected to be on time for each session. Late arrival or partial participation of any session will be deducted from your 200-hour requirement and subject to make-up (details below).

We understand that unexpected events may occur. In those situations, you will required to make up the content and hours missed. You will have one year from the final day of your training to complete your make-up hours. If you do not complete within a year, you will not be eligible for graduation. To make-up missed time, you must schedule a private session with the teacher training lead.

1 hour private = Up to 4 hours of missed time
2 hour private = Up to 8 hours of missed time
3 hour private = Up to 12 hours of missed time

Private sessions cost $120/hour. Please note that private sessions will be limited and availability is not guaranteed. Regardless of the number of hours missed, each student will only be granted up to two make-up sessions. Thank you for your participation and understanding!
